In addition, Kevin has held the roles of Executive Director of Ramsay Sime Darby and Ramsay Connect (both Joint Ventures), and Non-Executive Director roles with Health Services Credit Union, Lifeline WA and WA Child Care Services Board.<\/p>\n Kevin’s career in healthcare spans nearly 40 years. During this time Kevin held Senior Executive roles in both private and public health in Australia and Asia. His proven track record is based on developing and implementing clear corporate strategy, effective communication and negotiation skills and strong financial leadership.<\/p>\n In particular, Kevin\u2019s experience has been in leading effective organisational and cultural change. Isabelle Huault took office as Executive President and Dean of emlyon business school on September 2020. She has been a Professor of the University Paris Dauphine-PSL since 2005, Vice-President since 2015 and President from December 2016 to September 2020. As a Professor, she taught strategy and organization studies.Her research work mostly focused on the issues of the social construction of financial markets, financialization and financial regulation. Ms Driscoll has also served on a number of Boards and Committees including the WorkCover WA Board, the Medical Board of WA, the National Standing Committee for Consumer Affairs and the Commission for Occupational Health and Safety.<\/p>\n"},{"id":"elizabeth-gaines","title":"Dr Elizabeth Gaines","content":" Ms Gaines led Fortescue as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director from February 2018 to August 2022, after joining the Executive team as Chief Financial Officer in February 2017.<\/p>\n A highly experienced business leader Ms Gaines has extensive international experience in all aspects of financial and commercial management. Ms Gaines has significant experience in the resources sector and exposure to the impact of the growth in Asian economies, particularly China, on the Australian business environment and economy as well as a deep understanding of all aspects of financial and commercial management at a senior executive level in both listed and private companies. Ms Gaines has extensive exposure to the drive to transition t green energy and has been a key driver of the goal to decarbonise Fortescue\u2019s mining operations by 2030.<\/p>\n Elizabeth is a part time Executive Director and Global Ambassador for Fortescue. She is a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of Greatland Gold PLC, a Non-Executive Director of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of the West Coast Eagles (AFL) Football Club.<\/p>\n Ms Gaines was ranked second in the 2019 Fortune Magazine\u2019s Businessperson of the Year and in 2020 the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia awarded her the \u2018Women in Resources Champion\u2019 at the annual Women in Resources Awards. He is also a member of the Wen Family Advisory Council, which oversees the Wen Family\u2019s Australian and Malaysian real estate operations.<\/p>\n Russell\u2019s leadership style draws on his approachable nature and big picture vision, which has seen the company grow an extensive property portfolio, including shopping centres, offices, land and hospitality, and employ a team of over 110 people. Russell joined the West Coast Eagles Board of Directors in November 2011 and in November 2016 was elevated to the position of Chairman.<\/p>\n"},{"id":"amanda-healy","title":"Amanda Healy","content":" Amanda Healy is from the Wonnarua nation, the traditional Aboriginal owners of the Hunter Valley region in New South Wales, Australia.<\/p>\n Amanda has more than 35 years\u2019 experience in the mining industry in Australia, Africa and Canada. She worked for some of the world\u2019s most successful mining companies, such as BHP, Rio Tinto and Western Mining Corporation. In 2004 she founded her own engineering business in the Pilbara \u2013 Maxx Engineering, later purchased by multinational ThyssenKrupp in 2015.<\/p>\n In late 2014, Amanda established Kirrikin as a social enterprise. Kirrikin transforms Aboriginal artwork onto luxurious cashmere and silk fabrics, turning them into scarves, ties and clothing. Kirrikin both employs and shares business profits with the Aboriginal artists. Rapidly developing an international reputation for its beautiful products, Kirrikin is popular in the USA and Europe as well as at home in Australia.<\/p>\n Amanda went on to establish Warrikal in 2017, a mechanical maintenance business, providing professional support services to the resources sector. Warrikal is Indigenous owned and operated, and seeks to provide stable employment and development opportunities for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.
