Report an injury, incident, near-miss or hazard online in RISE within 24 hours<\/p>\n

Â鶹ֱ²¥ Staff and Students can access RISE here <\/a>or via the following methods:<\/p>\n

Staff<\/strong> can access RISE via the Staff Portal<\/a> application wheel<\/p>\n

Students<\/strong> can access RISE by logging into OASIS,<\/a> click on the ‘My Campus’ tab and click on the RISE link<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Incident and Hazard Reporting system<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

RISE is the new incident and hazard reporting and workplace inspection checklist reporting system. Access the RISE dashboard<\/a> from here or via Staff Portal. To manage CHARM incidents and hazards submitted prior to 1 July 2025 you can access them via CHARM system<\/a> which is accessible from your RISE dashboard.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
