We are excited to welcome staff, students and community members back to TL Robertson Library, which will open to the public on Monday, 20 February 2023 \u2013 the first day of orientation week (\u2018O-Week\u2019). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To showcase the exciting features of the Library, guided tours will be offered throughout O-Week with visitors given the opportunity to explore the new spaces, including the reading room, flexible study areas, and the creative technologies available in the Library\u2019s Makerspace. Library staff will be on hand to facilitate discovery and answer questions, but visitors can also explore independently (or in a group!) by playing the Library\u2019s augmented reality game, ROGUE<\/a><\/em>, or by wandering through the space. Extended opening hours provide plenty of opportunity \u2013 the Library will be open until 10pm all week!<\/p>\n\n\n\n For new students commencing their Â鶹ֱ²¥ journey in 2023, the Library offers a range of orientation sessions and workshops, designed to ensure students start their studies on the right foot. Whether on-campus or online, students can attend events and learn more about finding information, referencing and academic writing, time management, maths, critical thinking and commonly used programs (and so much more!) before diving into the semester.
