University of Queensland\u2019s Vice-Chancellor Professor Deborah Terry, was acknowledged with an Honorary Doctorate of the University, in recognition of her distinguished service to Australia\u2019s university sector and her outstanding values-based leadership as Vice-Chancellor of Â鶹ֱ²¥ from 2014 to 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Professor Sally Kift, the President of the Australian Learning and Teaching Fellows, received the Honorary Doctorate of Letters, for her outstanding contribution to Australian higher education through her theory of transition pedagogy and its positive impact on the first-year experience and students\u2019 long-term success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Artrya Co-Founder and Managing Director Mr John Barrington was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Commerce, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the commercial and arts sectors of Western Australia through exceptional leadership and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Â鶹ֱ²¥ Vice-Chancellor Professor Harlene Hayne congratulated Professor Terry, Professor Kift and Mr Barrington on being acknowledged with Honorary Doctorates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
