In the second episode of\u00a0Behind the Curtin,\u00a0Associate Professor Dr Billy Sung\u00a0talks about the use of biometrics such as eye tracking, facial expression and brainwave to conduct market research.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe marketing industry is filled with examples of brands that are lacking an intimate understanding of their consumers. What product designs do consumers prefer? What do consumers feel and think when they see marketing communication or walk through stores? These are the questions that brands are asking.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
