That the culture and values of Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islanders are respected equally to and the cultures and values of all Australians.<\/p>\n<p>Each year NAIDOC Week grows in stature and depth of celebrations at community, state and national level. Due to COVID-19, Âé¶¹Ö±²¥&#8217;s annual flag raising ceremony originally planned for 5 July has been cancelled,\u00a0 though the special event will hope to still take place in the new future.
