Associate Professor Caroline Fleay and Dr Lisa Hartley, the Co-Directors of Curtin’s Centre for Human Rights Education, join Jess and Amelia to discuss why the right to move is so important, how COVID-19 lockdowns have restricted our ability to to move and how this right is often unequally experienced.<\/p>\n

The group discuss rights to freedom of movement, the future of asylum seekers in Australia, as well as the motivations behind the researchers decisions to work in this field.<\/p>\n
