Â鶹ֱ²¥ is celebrating the opening of the new student accommodation at the Exchange Precinct<\/u><\/a> with special accommodation rates for 2022.<\/p>\n

Accommodation options<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2022, Curtin will have six accommodation options on campus for students to select their preference from.<\/p>\n

The new accommodation options include Twin Dolphin Hall<\/u><\/a> managed by UniLodge, and St Catherine\u2019s College<\/u><\/a> \u2013 Curtin\u2019s first all-inclusive residential college which includes up to 21 meals per week, events and a full academic support program.<\/p>\n

All Curtin\u2019s accommodation is conveniently located across campus and close to Waterford Plaza shopping centre, and those who live at Twin Dolphin Hall or St Catherine\u2019s College will also have an IGA and a number of specialty restaurants and cafes at their doorstep as part of the Exchange Precinct.<\/p>\n

Utilities are included in your weekly rent plus all Curtin residents will receive a free off-peak gym membership to Curtin Stadium<\/a> and free access to wi-fi.<\/p>\n

Why live on campus?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Living on campus is only a 5-10 minute walk to classes, and gives you the opportunity to make lifelong friends from across the world, participate in regular social and sporting events, as well as additional events hosted by the different residences.<\/p>\n

The benefits of living on campus also extend to your personal and academic success. Research shows that students who live on campus immerse themselves in campus life, achieve better grades and feel more connected to the university.<\/p>\n

Accommodation guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n
