The Curtin Counselling and Wellbeing Advice team have launched a new online self-help resource centre!<\/p>\n

If you have noticed yourself or someone you know is feeling a bit down, stressed, had a personal issue for a while, or if you just want to learn more about psychology, visit the\u00a0new self-help resource centre<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prevention is always better than intervention. Gaining insight about where your mind might be at and learning strategies to look after yourself are vital steps to preventing mental health issues.<\/p>\n

The new centre is an evolving space that aims to define a variety of mental health, neurodiversity and wellbeing topics, and direct you to the relevant services at Curtin, in your wider community and online.<\/p>\n
