It matters socially, and when you\u2019re a university student focused on establishing or developing your career, it <em>really<\/em> matters professionally. Chances are, you look them up online &#8211; I know I do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why would employers be any different? Easy answer \u2013 they\u2019re not.
