You don\u2019t have to be on campus to access study help. Many of the Library\u2019s services can be accessed online \u2013 wherever you may be! Here\u2019s a handy list of study support services available to you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Peer Academic Mentors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Peer Academic Mentors are high-achieving Curtin students who can help with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Face-to-face sessions are available weekdays on level 4 of TL Robertson Library, or you can book an online session too. Visit the Peer Academic Mentor page<\/a> to meet the mentors, book a session and check out the weekly timetable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Studiosity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you’re studying a first-year unit and want in-depth feedback on an assignment, check out Studiosity<\/a>. It\u2019s an online service that can be accessed 24\/7 with two services on offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can access Studiosity through Blackboard within first-year units. Look for the Studiosity link in the unit menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n UniSkills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you haven\u2019t checked out UniSkills<\/a> yet, you really should! This website has been designed to help you improve your academic and study skills. There are modules on how to tackle assignments and study tips, as well as numeracy and digital skills. Want to learn how to use EndNote<\/a>? There are modules for that too! It’s a great tool for checking referencing<\/a> when working on assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Workshops<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Library runs many different workshops throughout the semester. Most of these run online so you can join in from the comfort of home. Workshops cover a variety of topics including EndNote, referencing, research, writing and study skills.
