Looking for a way to earn credit, build your portfolio and tackle real-world problems during the mid-year break? You’re invited to take part in four intensive, credit\u2011bearing challenge-based learning programs<\/strong> running across June and July 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each program runs for one intensive week, with students working in interdisciplinary teams to address a real-world challenge. Students earn 25 credit points<\/strong> for passing a challenge, and some students do two in the break.<\/p>\n\n\n More information on each challenge will be available after you submit an expression of interest.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n When:<\/strong> 15 to 22 June 2026<\/p> Build global awareness and local action through interdisciplinary challenge-based learning.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> When:<\/strong> 22 to 29 June 2026<\/p> Work with industry to tackle real world sustainability challenges in creative and collaborative ways.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> When:<\/strong> 29 June to 6 July 2026<\/p> Engage with reconciliation in practice, working alongside community partners to support meaningful, respectful change.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> When:<\/strong> 6 to 13 July 2026<\/p> Reimagine the future of learning through creative, student-led solutions to contemporary education challenges.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n Any student who has already done a year of tertiary study, and who has the space in their study plan<\/strong> (this means an elective unit, or an optional\/core unit that your course coordinator can approve a unit substitution for) is invited to register your interest. The units are open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all faculties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Places are limited.
