They are now known as <strong>Digital &amp; Technology Solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will this affect you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Digital &amp; Technology Solutions will continue to provide quality IT support to you via the existing channels<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/answers\/detail\/a_id\/2401\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit an IT help desk<\/a> on campus<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/students.connect.curtin.edu.au\/app\/ask\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Log a service request<\/a> online<\/li>\n<li>Contact <a href=\"https:\/\/campaign.curtin.edu.au\/curtin-connect\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Curtin Connec<\/a>t on 1300 222 888 (between 7 am- 11 pm weekdays during semester)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>When will the changes be effective?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The change of name is effective from <strong>Monday 1 July 2019<\/strong>.\u00a0 The name Curtin IT Services (CITS) will be phased out around campus, online and in all communications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have any queries on this change, please email <a href=\"mailto:service.desk@curtin.edu.au\">service.desk@curtin.edu.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Curtin IT Services has recently undergone a period of transformation.
