It is equipped with fast Wi-Fi connectivity, multifunction copying and printing services and storage lockers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hub is located at <strong>Building 407 Room 106<\/strong>, is completely open floor and available for all HDR students to access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This space contains the following bookable facilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>22 Hot Desks (equipped with 2 monitors and laptop dock): available for 4-hour timeslots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Desktop Computers (equipped with 1 monitor): available for 1-hour timeslots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Reading Desks (no monitors or ethernet port): available for 4-hour timeslots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Quiet Rooms (no monitors or desk): available for 1-hour timeslots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Meeting Room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All the above spaces must be booked via our new online booking system, <strong>up to 3 timeslots per day are permitted for each booking<\/strong>. Bookings are only open one week at a time and are approved on a first come first served basis, so we encourage you to book in advance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As this is a hot desk space, please be courteous of your fellow HDR colleagues by removing all belongings and wiping down the station at the end of your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are plenty of lockers available to store your belongings in, which will need to be booked in advance and are allocated per semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a collaborative, open space and there are no offices available within the HDR Hub.
