The program\u2019s goal is to equip you with the necessary skills and experiences to secure the ideal graduate position or entry level role.<\/p>\n<p>GradWISE will work with you, and its network of employers, to facilitate suitable matches and provide ongoing support during your employment journey. Here&#8217;s what your first six months at GradWISE could look like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend an initial meeting which includes an introduction to the GradWISE program and your dedicated Career Coach.<\/li>\n<li>Complete an employability audit which leads to a personalised plan to help you envision and pursue your career goals. Resources include information on sharing your disability with an employer, applying for a jobs with a disability, requesting adjustments to the recruitment process, and how to stand out for the right
