The program focuses on building core leadership competencies, including self-leadership, commitment and self-management, collaboration and communication, diversity and inclusion, and strategy and purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through reflective practices, interactive activities, and real-world applications, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others, enhance your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and learn to lead authentically. This program empowers you to develop the mindset and skills needed to make a positive impact as a leader in today\u2019s interconnected and multicultural world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure id=\"Program-requirements\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>The Curtin Leaders Program is delivered face-to-face over one semester, requiring participation in three full-day intensives, six workshops, and five learning circles.<\/p>\n<p>Workshops and learning circles will be delivered on alternate weeks \u2013 workshops will be held on Tuesday evenings from 4:00 to 6:00pm and learning circles on Wednesday afternoons from 12:00 to 2:00pm.<\/p>\n<p>You will also be required to engage in two hours self-directed learning each week, complete two specific Challenge Modules, and deliver a presentation at the end of the program to your peers.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\"
