Changes as of January 2026<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Turnitin<\/em>, the application that Curtin uses for text assessment submissions, has recently undergone some changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes to the submission process are detailed below. One major difference to note, is that digital receipts have been moved; you will now be able to download them from the assignment dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assessment submission point<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After you click on the Turnitin submission point, you may notice a delay while the LTI Tool loads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When submitting an assessment in Turnitin, click on \u2018View Details\u2019 or \u2018Browse Files\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this example we clicked on \u2018View Details\u2019 \u2013 then click \u2018Browse Files\u2019:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have located the file you would like to upload, click on \u2018Upload and Preview\u2019. Your ‘Submission Title\u2019 should auto-populate from the filename. However, this field is still editable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And like before, you still confirm your submission, but now you will click on ‘Submit to Turnitin’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
