It offers three distinct streams:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Global <\/strong>\u2013 A series of interactive webinars delivered in late November each year, tailored for students studying online or at offshore campuses, offering flexible, high-impact career development content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Undergraduate <\/strong>\u2013 A two-day, in-person intensive held in Semester 1, focused on building core employability skills, exploring career options, and boosting professional confidence as students prepare to enter the workforce for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postgraduate &#8211; <\/strong>A&nbsp; two-day intensive held in Semester 2, designed for students with previous work or academic experience, with an emphasis on advanced career strategy, navigating career change, and positioning competitive roles.<\/p>\n\n\n<mimas-block \n        block-name=\"accordion\"\n        role=\"complementary\"\n        aria-label=\"Accordion content\"\n        data-segment=\"all\">\n\n                \n\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Eligibility\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Eligibility\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Eligibility\">Eligibility<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Eligibility\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>To be eligible for this program, students must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be enrolled in a course within the Faculty of Business and Law<\/li>\n<li>Be on Academic Good Standing<\/li>\n<li>Be in their final year of study<\/li>\n<li>Have a Course Weighted Average in the top 15% of the cohort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-How-to-apply\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"How-to-apply\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-How-to-apply\">How to apply<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"How-to-apply\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Eligible students will be contacted directly and invited to apply for a place in the program.
