The program provides participants with opportunities to connect with the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) community, contribute to student voice and feedback initiatives, and develop both personally and professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will build leadership capability, enhance their employability, and strengthen their confidence through workshops, mentoring, and hands-on experience. LEAD is ideal for students who are ready to step up, get involved, and make a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n<mimas-block \n        block-name=\"accordion\"\n        role=\"complementary\"\n        aria-label=\"Accordion content\"\n        data-segment=\"all\">\n\n                \n\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-Eligibility\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"Eligibility\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-Eligibility\">Eligibility<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"Eligibility\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>To be eligible for this program, students must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be enrolled in a course within the Faculty of Business and Law<\/li>\n<li>Have completed at least one semester of study (this can be part-time or full-time)<\/li>\n<li>Be on Academic Good Standing<\/li>\n<li>Remain enrolled in the Faculty of Business and Law for the duration of the program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-How-to-apply\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"How-to-apply\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-How-to-apply\">How to apply<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"How-to-apply\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>LEAD has one intake per year. Eligible students will be contacted in October\/November with an invitation to apply for the following year\u2019s program.
