Be nominated by your home university<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"1.-Be-nominated-by-your-home-university\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Your home university will ensure you are nominated to Curtin, in order to be eligible for student exchange. If your home university does not have an exchange agreement with Curtin, you can apply to study at Curtin for one semester via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/learning-experience\/global-study\/global-inbound\/study-abroad-in-australia\/\">study abroad program<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-2.-Gather-your-documents\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"2.-Gather-your-documents\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-2.-Gather-your-documents\">2. Gather your documents<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"2.-Gather-your-documents\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Have your supporting documents to hand, and ensure they meet our guidelines. The documents may include certified copies of your qualifications, English language proficiency documents and supplementary forms for certain courses.<\/p>\n<p>Your application must be submitted with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A copy of your Academic Transcripts<\/li>\n<li>A copy of your Passport details page<\/li>\n<li>Completed <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.curtin.edu.au\/goglobal-unit-selection-form\/\">Unit Selection Form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Proof of the <strong>Nomination Approval<\/strong> received from Go Global.<\/li>\n<li>Proof you meet Curtin&#8217;s English language requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-3.-Submit-your-application\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"3.-Submit-your-application\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-3.-Submit-your-application\">3. Submit your application<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"3.-Submit-your-application\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>You will apply directly online through our Applicant Portal by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/apply\/\">application webpage.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to the section for International applications and select \u201cApply direct\u201d to register as a new user.<\/li>\n<li>In the Select Courses section, add the \u2018<strong>NA-EXCHN \u2013 Not For Degree \u2013 Curtin Exchange Programs<\/strong>\u2019 code in the search field.<\/li>\n<li>Select the semester you are applying for and click Add to Application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For a first semester (February to June), your application must be received by October 15 in the year prior to your placement.<br \/>\nFor a second semester (July to November), your application must be received by April 15 in the year of your placement.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-4.-Receive-an-offer-for-a-place-at-Curtin\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"4.-Receive-an-offer-for-a-place-at-Curtin\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-4.-Receive-an-offer-for-a-place-at-Curtin\">4. Receive an offer for a place at Curtin<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"4.-Receive-an-offer-for-a-place-at-Curtin\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Your application will be assessed and processed upon receipt of your application and supporting documents. If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-5.-Confirm-your-place-at-Curtin\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"5.-Confirm-your-place-at-Curtin\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-5.-Confirm-your-place-at-Curtin\">5. Confirm your place at Curtin<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"5.-Confirm-your-place-at-Curtin\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>You can confirm your place at Curtin by accepting your offer letter. You will need your Curtin ID number to log in to the Applicant Portal and click the \u2018Accept\u2019 button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make sure you accept your offer before the lapse date specified on your offer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may have to submit additional documents to be able to accept your letter of offer.<\/p>\n<p>Please refer to the \u2018<strong>Requirements\u2019<\/strong> in your Applicant portal and to provide a response, click \u2018<strong>Respond\u2019<\/strong> on the individual requirements. When required you can attach the documentation by clicking the <strong>+ Add<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p>The additional requirements may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evidence that you have valid OSHC cover for the duration of your visa. If your spouse\/family is travelling with you, please ensure that they are included on the policy.*<\/li>\n<li>Proof of English proficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><sub>*Exceptions from the requirement of OSHC apply only to students that are:<\/sub><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><sub>Norwegian students covered by the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme.<\/sub><\/li>\n<li><sub>Swedish students covered by Kammarkollegiet.<\/sub><\/li>\n<li><sub>Belgian students covered under the Reciprocal Health Care Agreement with Australia.<\/sub><\/li>\n<li><sub>For more information, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.gov.au\/resources\/publications\/overseas-student-health-cover-oshc-fact-sheet?language=en\">please refer to DHA OSHC Fact Sheet<\/a><\/sub><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-6.-Receive-your-electronic-Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(eCoE)\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"6.-Receive-your-electronic-Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(eCoE)\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-6.-Receive-your-electronic-Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(eCoE)\">6. Receive your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"6.-Receive-your-electronic-Confirmation-of-Enrolment-(eCoE)\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Once you have accepted your Letter of Offer and meeting Curtin\u2019s requirements, you will receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) via email. Apply for accommodation<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"7.-Apply-for-accommodation\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>There is a diverse range of student accommodation options at our Curtin Perth campus, all located within a five-to-ten minute walk from the centre of campus. Explore your options and then submit an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/curtin-life\/campus-experience\/accommodation\/perth-on-campus\/\">accommodation application<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On-campus housing is not guaranteed and you&#8217;ll be asked to pay a small initial fee within 48hrs to secure your booking. Apply for your student visa<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"8.-Apply-for-your-student-visa\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>Apply for your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.curtin.edu.au\/study\/campus-life\/living-australia\/student-visas\/\">student visa<\/a>. This can take some time so ensure to complete this process as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n        \n                            \n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-title-9.-Enrol-at-Curtin\">\n            <button type=\"button\" class=\"accordion__heading\" aria-controls=\"9.-Enrol-at-Curtin\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n            <div class=\"title\" id=\"accordion-title-9.-Enrol-at-Curtin\">9. Enrol at Curtin<\/div>\n            <div class=\"icon\"><\/div>\n        <\/button>\n        <div class=\"accordion__content\" id=\"9.-Enrol-at-Curtin\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                    <p>If you haven&#8217;t already done so, you will need to complete an <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.curtin.edu.au\/goglobal-unit-enrolment-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">enrolment form<\/a>\u00a0and return this <a href=\"mailto:goglobal@curtin.edu.au\">by email<\/a> to <a href=\"mailto:goglobal@curtin.edu.au\">goglobal@curtin.edu.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Exchange students are <strong>unable to self-enrol or withdraw from units<\/strong>.\u00a0 Once enrolments are open, our office will enrol you into your units. Most units are valued at 25 credits, however there are some 12.5 credit and 50 credit units. A full-time load at Curtin is 75 credits (usually three units) or 100 credits (usually four units) per semester.<\/p>\n<p>Please ensure your home university has approved your units and study load.<\/p>\n<p>Once we have enrolled you, you will be required to register for your classes and complete your timetable. We will provide you with easy-to-follow instructions on how to complete your timetable at this time.
