Projects are not just technical endeavours, they are social, economic and strategic interventions in a dynamic and unpredictable environment. Therefore, it is unsurprising that there is a space of <em>uncertainty<\/em> created between the initial idea for a desired end, usually captured as a project mission, and the available means by which that mission is to be realised. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projects as socio-technical systems can consist of a large number of elements, interdependencies, and unpredictability making them complex. Therefore, making sense of and navigating both complexity and uncertainty over time is one of the key challenges of leading projects and central to project organising. This one-day program will deepen your understanding of how complexity and uncertainty affect projects, how we can make sense of this and how this understanding can enable proactive responses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this masterclass you will explore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your project leadership capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your understanding of project uncertainty and complexity; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and approaches for navigating and making sense of complexity and uncertainty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This masterclass is part of the Project Management Masterclass Series, which consists of five modules.
