Yet many organisations are still experimenting without clear frameworks, shared language or practical integration into everyday workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This intensive, one-day course moves beyond theory to build real, hands-on AI capability that participants can apply immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed for professionals across all industries, the program focuses on practical experimentation, structured thinking and tangible outputs. Participants will bring their own devices and actively work with leading generative AI tools to test, refine and embed new ways of working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the day, participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apply structured prompting using the <strong>RTCF framework (Role, Task, Context, Format)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify high-value AI use cases using the <strong>AI Opportunity Finder<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redesign everyday workflows to improve efficiency and decision quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop practical safeguards for responsible AI use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of the program, participants will leave with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A personalised prompt library tailored to their role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Four reusable AI-supported decision tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A structured action plan with commitments for the coming week, month and quarter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No technical background is required \u2014 only curiosity and a willingness to experiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The AI capability lifecycle series<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is part of a three-part AI Capability Lifecycle series.
