Where an online donation has been made in error, or the donor has changed their mind, written notice requesting a refund must be submitted to University Advancement within 30 days of the donation.
All decisions on refunds are at the discretion of University Advancement.
If a donation is refunded, the funds will only be refunded to the same account and via the same payment method that the donation was made. Once a refund is processed, the original receipt issued is voided.

For recurring donations, Curtin will issue a consolidated donation statement after the end of the current financial year.
