Join Nhanda Yamatji and Noongar man Glenn Iseger-Pilkington in conversation with First Nations artists Robyn Jean, Wendy Hayden and Brett Nannup for a NAIDOC Week discussion exploring resilience through creative practice.
Drawing on their individual experiences, the panellists will reflect on sustaining artistic careers, navigating challenges and maintaining connection to culture, community and Country through their work. This conversation offers an opportunity to hear from artists working across different disciplines as they share insights into creativity, perseverance, and the enduring role of art as a space for expression, cultural continuity and strength.
