John Curtin Gallery will be screening the 2017 documentary WHITELEY alongside our exhibition Brett Whiteley: Inside the Studio.
WHITELEY is a visual journey into the private life and creative legacy of Australia鈥檚 most iconic artist, Brett Whiteley, told 鈥渋n his own words鈥 using personal letters, notebooks and photographs, interwoven with reconstructions, animations, archival interviews and rare footage.
The exhibition offers audiences around Australia a fascinating insight into the studio practice of one of Australia鈥檚 most gifted and revered artists, Brett Whiteley (1939鈥92).聽
Screenings will be held in the Bankwest Theatre, every Sunday 2pm commencing 17 November, continuing until 15 December.

The documentary is directed by James Bogle and produced by Sue Clothier.聽
