To streamline our IT support model, Digital & Technology Solutions will be closing the IT support counter located in Building 200B, effective 24th February 2020.
How does this affect you?
Support remains available at alternate helpdesks, conveniently located within the Abacus Labs in听Building 303, 408, 501听(ground floor),听and our support desk in听B105 (level 2). These are听open from 9am to 5pm听(B105 open until 9pm)听Monday to Friday.听听Our friendly helpdesk staff are available to assist you with all your IT support enquiries.
All AV loan equipment can still be collected and returned from Abacus 303, and all device drop off/collections must be made via appointment with our IT Support, Level 2 team when required.
