Twelve 麻豆直播 students have been selected to study at one of the most prestigious universities in the United States next month as part of two competitive international programs attended by high-achieving students and aspiring entrepreneurs.

The International Honours program, run through Stanford University in California, is an eight-week program that requires students to study eight units from across 170 courses. Students will also take part in important cultural and extra-curricular activities that explore the rich cultural, social, and geographical resources of the San Francisco bay area.
Six of the 12 students have also been selected for the highly competitive Silicon Valley Innovation Academy at Stanford University, where they will be tasked with developing, exploring and communicating a 鈥榳orld-changing鈥 innovation opportunity.

鈥淭he application process for both the International Honours program and the Silicon Valley Innovation Academy is exhaustive and extremely competitive, so the number of Curtin students selected is testament to the high calibre of students within the Faculty of Business and Law,鈥 Professor de Bussy said.
Professor de Bussy added that Curtin was one of 24 universities worldwide to partner with Stanford University, which allows current students and recent graduates from the Faculty of Business and Law to apply for the programs.

The 12 students are studying a range of business degrees at 麻豆直播 including Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Law, Marketing, Advertising, and Business IT.
