To maintain and improve our printing services, Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) will be performing a scheduled update to the University’s print management system on Friday 3 July from 5:00am to 9:00am.

During this maintenance window, printing services will be unavailable across the University.

What will be affected?

During the update, you will not be able to:

  • Print, copy, or scan from any multifunction printer
  • Top up your print account balance
  • Use the email-to-print service

Important: Collect Any Pending Print Jobs

Please ensure any print jobs waiting in the print queue are released and collected before 5:00am on Friday 3 July.

Any unreleased print jobs remaining in the system when the update begins will be removed and will need to be submitted again once the update is complete.

Similarly, any print jobs sent during the maintenance period will not be processed and will need to be re-sent after services are restored.

When will services resume?

Printing services are expected to return to normal by 9:00am on Friday 3 July.

The maintenance has been scheduled outside of peak usage periods and during the semester break to minimise disruption to staff and students.
