How do I apply for re-admission into a course I have been terminated from?

If you are a domestic student (including those studying through Open Universities Australia) and have been unsuccessful or missed the period for appeal against termination from a course, you can apply for re-admission. You will need to complete a form and submit it via the form, along with any supporting documentation.
