Do I have to disclose my disability or health condition in the Curtin Access Plan (CAP)?

Your Curtin Access Plan (CAP) will only contain disability information that you choose to release, and your disability or medical information/health professional documentation will be kept confidential by AccessAbility Services in accordance with our . There are some exceptions to the boundaries of confidentiality which are outlined in this statement.
