Do you procrastinate when uni gets stressful?
Working Through Procrastination is a free group program aiming to help students develop practical skills to reduce procrastination and manage their academic pressures.
The group is a four-week group program consisting of weekly 90-minute sessions. The group will commence in Week 8 and run until Week 11.
Group Dates/Times:
- Session 1: 9 September, 10:30am to 12:00pm
- Session 2: 16 September, 10:30am to 12:00pm
- Session 3: 23 September, 10:30am to 12:00pm
- Session 4: 30 September, 10:30am to 12:00pm
