Act, Belong, Commit is an evidence-based campaign which encourages people to take practical steps to protect and improve their mental health, something we can all benefit from during busy periods.
The initiative is backed by Mentally Healthy WA, a not-for-profit organisation based within Âé¶¹Ö±²¥â€™s School of Population Health. Together, they are making it easier for people to understand and strengthen their mental wellbeing.

This interactive quiz takes less than 10 minutes to complete and gives you insight into your current wellbeing, along with simple ideas to help you feel more balanced and connected. It is not a test and there is no pressure, just a chance to pause and check in with yourself.
